How It Works:
Traditional organic based coatings (urethane and epoxies enamels) have an inherently high energy surface charge that helps to attract soap residues making cleaning maintenance more frequent and dirt and stains harder to remove. The PolyCeramic nanocomposite coating is designed at the molecular level with a super hard core inner shell that provides the extreme high wear resistant properties surrounded by a flexible polymer resin outer shell which provides chemical resistance, flexibility and low energy surface charge. Together they provide useful multi functional properties including adhesion, flexibility, easy clean effects, stain, chemical, wear and abrasion resistance.
In addition to the excellent properties this coating system has to offer, possibly the most beneficial in regards to environmental safety, it is free of hazardous urethane isocyanate curing compounds and one of the lowest residual odor fumes in the refinishing coating industry!
